Standard Shipping: Orders within Pakistan take 1-3 business days to process and 3-5 business days for delivery.
 

Express Shipping: Faster option available with 1-2 days processing and 2-3 days delivery (extra charges apply).
 

Shipping Costs: Flat-rate charges calculated at checkout based on order weight and location.
 

Order Tracking: Receive tracking info via email after shipment.
 

Restrictions: Currently only ship within Pakistan.

 EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange Policy at YUZWA
 

At Yuzwa, we understand that sometimes you may need to exchange your purchase. That's why we offer a hassle-free exchange process within a 03-day window from the day of delivery.
 

Eligibility for Exchanges:

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must remain in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels intact. Please note that personalized, custom-made, and final sale items cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
 

Exchange Process:

To initiate an exchange, simply message our customer support on WhatsApp at +92 318-8169650. Include your order number, the item(s) you want to exchange, and the reason for the exchange. Our team will guide you through the process and provide further instructions.
 

After contacting customer support, customers need to send the shipment back via any courier service to the following address:

Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their eligibility for exchange, we will process your exchange and ship out the replacement item(s) as soon as possible.
